Throughout my paintings I explore ordinary, mundane spaces flooded by a pervasive stillness, as if there is nothing occurring there. Cracked walls or windows, those corners of reality become doorways to magical realms, where bizarre phenomena take place or, conversely, through which mystical and strange forces enter our reality.
